Data Scientist


You have a Graduate or Master’s Degree with experience in applied statistics, data mining, machine learning, computer science or a related quantitative discipline. 2+ years of programming in data engineering / science environment is essential. Need to have a good understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, natural language processing, search and recommendation and optimization algorithms. Good communication and requirement elicitation skills are essential to this role.

Eligibility Criteria

You will have a good understanding a number of the following and a willingness to learn and experiment to find the optimum solution:

  • Machine Learning (ML) algorithms such as Regression, Decision Tree,, Logistic Regression, K-Mean and Markov Decision Processes
  • Application of Neural Networks, in for example Deep Learning for image classification
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Search and the use of Search for pre-processing and integration of NLP and Machine Learning
  • NoSQL including application of Graph Database Technology and Document Storage
  • Statistical & Quantitative Analysis
  • Traditional SQL

You will have a good understanding of a number (not exclusive) of the following technologies and a willingness to learn and experiment to find the optimum solution:

  • Python, R, .NET, Java, JSON, C#, MATLAB
  • Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB, Neo4J (Graph), MarkLogic
  • Elasticsearch, Solr, Lucene
  • Tensorflow
  • Cloud environment

Data Visualization Analyst

We are looking for people comfortable working with business and technology teams, strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a BI Engineer dealing with large complex data scenarios.
  • Expert in data extraction experience using SQL. We expect robust basic foundation skills in SQL extraction.
  • ETL experience and basic/intermediate familiarity with Linux preferred. Intermediate skills with Ruby, Perl, Python or, at least, one similar scripting language.
  • Strong understanding of BI technologies and their application including database warehousing and dash boarding
  • Expertise in one and experience with atleast one more data visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, QlikView, Spotfire, OBIEE)
